WOD 1 – “3 MILES LOVEBOX RUN”

3 rounds of 1600 meters- Each 800m perform 20 syncro air squats

The partners are attached all the time.

WOD 2 – “DOLPHIN SWIM”

***To be announced only on Sunday


WOD 3 – “MUAY THAI COMBO”

Complete 6 rounds of (1 round each athlete)

30 Alternated Knee Kicks

20 Double Unders

10 Burpees

Time Cap : 15 minutes

*If you replace for 60 Single Unders you score will be inferior of those who did the Double Unders version

Score = Total Time

WOD 4 + 5 – “1 Rep Max”

***Just on lift for each member

WOD 3 – 1 Rep Max Clean – Woman + 1 Rep Max Clean – Man

*Power or Squat Clean

WOD 4 – 1 Rep Max Deadlif – Woman + 1 Rep Max Deadlift – Man

Score: Total of Woman + Man weights

WOD 6 – “1 Minute Assault Bike”

Score is Max Calories

Score: Total of Woman + Man calories

WOD 7 – “Syncro Chipper”

Complete for time:

30 Alternated WallBall Shots (20/14lbs)

30 Syncro Toes to Bar

30 Syncro Alternated Dumbbell Snatches (22.5/15kg)

30 Syncro Pull ups

*Time CAP 10 min

*If you replace and scale any of the mouvements you score will be inferior of those who did the original version
